the rotater cuff surgery is done, now just waiting for the valve replacement so i can start a countdown to get back to my gym.

just the occasional ache, it feels better than i thought it would. no pain. i still need to build up some strength. stretching three times a day

i feel pretty good. just anxious to get the surgery done so i can start the recovery process. also, i am curious as to what kind of difference i will feel as far as more energy.
