To b honest idk lol no one ever says tht my fat is to low.. idk wht happen but all of a sudden last 3 days my appetite have crashed.. went from easily eating 3300 to barely being able to eat 1500.. happened last tren cycle to think mayb my body dnt like tren lol
I've run that diet ... I had better results at 150g 100g 100g 50g 50g 100g 50g which is a modified carb cycle for a true cut... Levels can be adjusted but you probably don't need to go as high as 415g. 250 would Suffice for a high day while cutting. I ran tren low my first fiew times with results but its more about diet and consistency ... Choosing foods and particularly your carb sources wisely
Fats are too low ... Low day should at least be around 100.. Almond butter avocado oily fish like salmon high days drop protein to 1g per lb, and lower fat by 20%
Body needs efas to burn fat guys !! Flax, fish oil, fish, whole eggs with omegas... C'mon and fix that and you will be doing better. Also red meat on low days ... Flank steak 90%?sirloin ... Use some sea salt when cooking
