2 scoops of 30g whey iso
100g of sunflower seeds (raw)
1 banana
3/4 cup of carrots
2 cups of spinach
2 cups of Quaker weight management oatmeal (they basically replaced the sugar with protein...winning)
1 cup of coffee
1/2 cup of blueberries
2 slices of uncured ham
3 whole eggs
1 slice of taco pizza
6g of creatine monohydrate
500mg magnesium
50mg zinc

trying to recall what I ate yesterday and I'm having a hard time.
I felt like there was more but this might be it.
roughly 2200 cals. Been deloading since my workouts last week.

Jump rope, 2x around in 1 jump. It's taken me over 3 months to get it haha
Killer on the calves.

I'd bust my ass if I tried tht right now. I just got back into regular jump rope

@ironsoul - it's not easy! There's a few boxing type guys at my gym and they just blow through that stuff.

Incline Bench
5x5 up to 175lbs

Standing Strict Press
Pyramid starting at 12 reps down to 5, ending at 145lbs

Weighted Vest Ring Dips
5x10 up to 45lbs

DB Rear Delt Fly
3x10 up to 35lbs


So far today
2 scoops whey iso
1 scoop whey blend
100g raw sunflower seeds
1 large wheat tortilla
1 cup chicken
2 cups iceberg lettuce
2 tbsp ranch
4 tbsp parmesan
2 cups black coffee
1 banana
1 cup brown rice with quinoa
6g creatine
1g maca root

Tonight's workout
Deadlift: 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3; work up to heavy 3 rep
prob do 405 on this one

Then:
3 Rounds for time of:
5 Snatches (full snatch) ; 135#
10 Burpees
15 Calorie Row
20 Kettlebell Swings 70#

Pulled 405 easily for 5 reps.
These were strict with emphasis on the negative.
No bouncing the weights around or drops.

Did the timed workout in 13:46.

Snatches felt great. Easily my favorite lift now.

PWO
1 cup of quick oats, blended w/water and chugged
1 scoop of whey iso (30g protein)
3g creatine mono
1 pear
3 slices of uncured ham
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of carrots
2 cups of spinach

For a nightcap...probably chug another cup of quick oats and fry up so tofu with light general tso sauce.

Not sure if it matters or not but most if not all of my groceries are non gmo, organic, grass fed, etc.
I just want my food natural...screw this science experiment food.

Back squat - 5x3 - probably going to shoot for 385

Then, conditioning:

30 minutes, as many rounds as possible
250m row
15 atg air squats
5 pull ups - chest 2 bar (no kipping)
