Pulled 405 easily for 5 reps.
These were strict with emphasis on the negative.
No bouncing the weights around or drops.
Did the timed workout in 13:46.
Snatches felt great. Easily my favorite lift now.

1 cup of quick oats, blended w/water and chugged
1 scoop of whey iso (30g protein)
3g creatine mono
1 pear
3 slices of uncured ham
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of carrots
2 cups of spinach
For a nightcap...probably chug another cup of quick oats and fry up so tofu with light general tso sauce.
Not sure if it matters or not but most if not all of my groceries are non gmo, organic, grass fed, etc.
I just want my food natural...screw this science experiment food.
