No prob. That was just part of my workout too!...power cleans were brutal after that.
I got 65 squats but only 17 cleans. Very taxing.

Maybe on an off day from your regular routine, throw one of these routines
in and let me know what you think.

Wow man I jut watched that video too, that's pretty awesome. The totals are what I would have guessed too. Me being more the BB type, the 5 min squats will kill me. I'm gonna try this soon. I start a new job Monday, so maybe after I've been there a bit so I don't come in my first week crawling lol. Thanks for sharing CTJ, definitely a crazy intense workout with the squats lane.

Yesterday was rest day.

Today I'll be doing a 2/day.
Probably going to go in here in a few hours and do some OH Squat and Snatch work.
Nothing too heavy. Just working on technique.

Tonight is 3 rounds of:
Rope Climbs
25 atg squats (185#)

This particular workout is in honor of U.S. Navy Special Warfare Operator Chief Petty Officer (SEAL) Brian R. Bill, 31, of Stamford, Connecticut, assigned to an East Coast-based Naval Special Warfare unit, died on August 6, 2011, of wounds suffered when his unit's helicopter crashed in Wardak province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his mother Patricia Parry and her husband Dr. Michael Parry, his father Scott, and siblings Christian, Amy, Andrea, Kerry, Tessa, and Morgan.
