too much adex, no more than 1mg/week bro.
Same happened to me. Took about 5-7 days to subside. I avoided bench and shoulders that week and pulled, squatted twice that week.
Extensions and bicep curls will hurt too.....take the day off or squat. No need for more than 1mg/week of adex....I took some creatine that i had lying around with an extra pop of dbol to get some water around there.....not sure if it helped but it was a few days for sure.
This is where I was going with it.....25mg EOD
Is enough that is a light cycle.
