Got it. Thank you.I don't see the point of pinning 3 hours and and then again 1 hour out.
It's half life is like 224 minutes or something like that.
Pin an hour before lifting. 25 to 50 mg is sufficient.
And have a plan for training that day. I always got a bump in strength of course but the big benefit was that I didn't want to stop lifting. I would just keep going and going.
And then be so beat up for 3 or 4 days it would actually slow me down.
