the forgotten 1/8th squat, let me tell you, this exercise does a few things.
1-lessens your fear of using very heavy weights.
2- releases a huge amount of hormones into your system, due to the squat, and tremendous amount of weight you are able to move.
3-if you choose to do one last ''flushing'' set, the weight you normally may use, will seem very, very light, after this set, i repped out with 315, like there was almost nothing on my shoulders!

I will do half squats with a high amount just to get my joints use to the pressure on the weight. nice reminder though thanks

tom platz used to put 1000 lbs on the bar and just un-rack it, just to get the feel!

Like em, probably need to start doing some of these and rack pulls to add to my deads.

this was the first time i done these since my acl tear, i love the fact that i stripped the weight down to 315, repped out, felt like a feather on my shoulders!!
