I been at this for about 7 yrs jdub. I'm just gettin back to liftin after a 4 month break due to back surgery. I blast n cruise n now just got back on blast. I am taking it VERY slow! No way will I risk submitting myself to that pain again. I've realized I'm never going to be 200+ lbs. I just want some of my size back and still be ready for shirtless season

Dc, the surgery went well but recovery was a nightmare. I've never been so incapacitated in my life! The hardest part was looking in the mirror everyday and seeing my body go in the wrong direction. I've learned a lot from this and can hopefully come back stronger
