Recipes to keep you full while cutting!

Here are a couple recipes that I like to use when cutting.

Pumpkin Pancakes

1/2 cup quick oats,
1 scoop cinnabun trutein, vanilla, or banana cream whey all work well
1/2 tsp cinnamon,
1/4 tsp vanilla extract,
1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 122g
1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese, 140g
3 egg whites,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
1 tbsp sweetener,
2 tbsp water
If you want these a little thinner, add 1/8 cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk in place of water.

445 cals - 53g carbs, 4g fat, 49g protein

Protein Cupcakes

90g Sugar free cakes mix
1 scoop whey of your choice (I use one of the previously mentioned ones)
1 egg whites
1/4 tsb canola oil
Add water slowly and mix until you get a slightly thick cake batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 mins
Makes about 6 cupcakes

430 Calories 6g fat 36 net carbs (70 total carbs) 29g protein
