So I came into work yesterday needing to eat after the gym. I knew I needed protein and wanted some carbs to go with it but only had Greek yogurt, oatmeal and protein powder already mixed and left over from the gym which I drink right after lifting on my way to work.

Here’s what I came up with and was surprised at the taste.

One serving vanilla whey isolate already mixed in water
One cup oatmeal with cinnamon and fresh fruit
One serving Greek yogurt

When you mix the oats and water don’t use a ton of water, you want it to be thick so when you add the whey protein it’s not too watery.
So we’re looking at at least 40+ grams of protein and depending on how much fruit you use about 30+ grams of carbs.
I also added a little splenda to offset the bitterness of the yogurt, I use unflavored yogurt.
