Prohormone M1H what dosage

Hi guys I'm thinking of running a PH cycle, I'm 37 yo and I'm looking a little extra size and strength I've been advised to take M1H, what dosage would you recommend, how long should I take it for? I've been told 4 weeks max? And what pct would you recommend? Thanks in advance
