Ok here is a way to make that plain greek yogurt a little more yummy
1 large container greek yogurt
1 container of real crab meat or you can use the fake crap but not as good
green onions chopped crushed garlic
shredded cheese.

Know here is the fun part dont measure anything base everything on how you want it to taste i promise you it will be awesome. Guys your old ladys will love this you can even add cream cheese to it. Eat it with crackers or a begal or slice up a baget and toast them in the oven, Try it let me know you will love it i promise!!!

This actually sounds really good. I eat a container (17.5 oz) of Fage nonfat greek yogurt every night before bed and let me tell you... it's starting to get old. I would recommend those following strict diets measure it out of course, but this really does sound excellent! Thanks for the post!

i do plain greek yog meyer lemon squeezed in and a dollop of honey.

delish.

Voskos nonfat greek yogurt has the most protein of any greek yogurt and it's cheaper than Fage and many other brands. I hate nonfat but there's so much protein it's worth it.

I'm making it right now using fage yogurt, crab, green onions, shredded cheddar jack cheese an black pepper. It sounds good to me but i like all those things. I'm using a sourdough type bread an makin a sandwich with it. I'll let you know if its good. It's full of protein.
