Hello all! I've been lifting for 2 years now and am looking for more info to get a little bigger and cut. Id like to say I'm pretty motivated. I hit the gym 6 days a week and I'm also training for my first mini marathon in May. My workouts include crossfit training and power lifting. I take Tsp of unleashed for pre workouts and whey protein shakes after my workouts. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and gain some knowledge.
