Mike Bingham benches 600 @ 177lbs at AAPF Nationals

Mike Bingham won the open and masters bench only division 181 lb weight class at the AAPF Nationals on April 26, 2013 in Grand Rapids, MI. with a lift of 600 lbs on his fourth attempt setting a new masters (45-49) AAPF record and AWPC men's master (45-49) record. Mike has come back strong from two surgeries ( torn pec in 2010 and a torn bicep in 2011) setting a new PR. Mike would like to thank his son Jake and brother Bill for all their help training and also J.J. Thomas for his help during the meet. Link to the lift on YouTube is below.
