I know this is an old thread, but still good stuff. Can anyone give me a simple explanation for why organic, grass fed meats are better than any other corn fed steroid injected manufactured meats. Are you really any better off from a macronutrient point of view. is 8 oz. grass fed, organic beef substantially better than 8 oz. of "other" beef? Will it be better for you in meeting your diet goals? Or is it just better for you long term?

Same question on fish? Is wild salmon really a lot better than farm raised salmon? If so, why? Not trying to be a stink about it, but trying to understand the true benefits, and not just buy into the hype. What am I getting when I pay the significant premium for the grass fed, organic, wild stuff?
