Agmatine is actually one that you should look at if you have herpes.....not sure about hemorrhoids LOL

I have a friend that breaks out badly with ALL vasodilators. He can take Agmatine without having that worry. For those who do not know, anyone with Type 1 or type 2 herpes will experience outbreaks when taking NOS supps.
