Howdy tid, I'm silver. Some of you might recognize me from another board. Love that place, but doesn't hurt to read and contribute other venues.
STATS:
Age:28, height:5'8, weight : 218.
Body fat% in the neighborhood of 25%.
Bench:300, deadlift:455, squat: 315. (My weakest lift).
About to wrap up a powerlifting program next week. This summer I'm starting a body building program. Looking forward to contributing what I can and making some new friends.
