Yep Thanks! from me also was a good read, allthough my doctor said to a certain extent diabetes is hereditary, is awful one first gets it, mouth was like chalk for awhile, my vision was all blurred for over a month also.

Forks over Knives is a must see movie IMO, for both meat eaters and vegetarians/vegans.

I've always found it interesting how regular people the typical ones that rarely exercise. If they cut out carbs they become healthy blood pressure and cholesterol. However if they cut out fat and keep carbs they also get the same results. It almost seems like our body doesn't like a combination of both fat and carbs.
