the standard is to get it into your blood. too much speculation and routines is never good for stress levels. as long as you get it in, you should be good to go.

You have to find what works for you. A lot of guys will start at 2iu of it injected subcutaneously. Some will experience benefits there, others will need to increase.

Some goals require greater dosages. Some individuals for lesser goals, still require greater dosages.

GH is very slow acting so figuring out how to use it best for you takes much time and money.
