Right on for vg- much better than the ever used quads, glad they are in rotation.

Ventroglute is my new favorite. I hit delts and glutes I need to try the chest just a bit scared but I'm sure ill do it

IF you go with pecs stick with low MG mixes 300mg or less. Pecs are easy.

The glutes for me.i am pinning a friend in the delts.definitely a good idea to rotate injection sites just to prevent a build up of scare tissue in that area.
