I don't know the first thing about them. I just know I'm getting sick of feeling bloated all day. Would supplementing these enzymes help? If so, what's the best kind?

I use the multi-enzyme formula from puritans pride...I can't say much in reference to bloating as I have every other type of bloating now food alone. But when I am consistent about taking it with every meal I find I have fewer cravings and no stomach upset from eating large quantities of meat or protein.

What DC said plus it helps your body absorb more protein. i have a study listed here somewhere showing it.

Your pancreas produces your digestive enzymes sometimes it don't produce quite enough and supplementing will help a lot. Bloating yeah i dont think its gonna help that but as Goldy said it will help you absorb more protein.

try taking probiotics for the bloating. often times our bugs get out of whack and irritated, taking a probiotic helps keep them all balanced.
