Can tren cause diabetes?

My blood sugar bounces around more when on tren. But I am hypoglycemic.

I have noticed I seem more sensitive to insulin (my own) and I am using tren, but I am also on a ketogenic diet. So now when I get a little bit of sugar, whoopee I have the rush then a big crash from it!
