Bcaa & a-hd

Do either of these have any side effects,"BCAA & A-HD"? It seems as though I have been getting very stiff in my lower back, and i mean very lower back. In the area from my butt crack up about 4". It does not hurt, its more like tightness.

I have never taken either type until a week ago. Im 38yrs old, M, 161lbs

Bcaa's no. A-hd is???? Halodrol??? That might. Could also be tight hamstrings though.

nobody here will know exactly what is going on... but if it does not go away in like a week maybe something u should get looked at by a doctor....

Ok its BDI Sports A-HD I guess. The A is supposed to stand for arimidex... But its not; which bring me to my main point. You are taking stuff and have no clue what it is??? Ok. Good luck with that in the future.
