Yep! He looks very ripped if natural and his arms look over 19 inches still.

They say Muscle has memory..I'd say his body has retained a lot of it! Hoping I look as fit as I continue to age.

I saw that. He's trimmed down and has dam good vascularity. Inspiring at 66. I still have his encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding.

I have the book too. I still haven't read all through it but plan to. Arnold is the man. He looks incredible!!
