I had stopped training because I blew out a disc. Started up again.
First pic after stopping training for several months.
Second pic 7 weeks later.
Unfortunately stopped training two days ago b/c I was riding my mtn bike and veered of the trail into a ditch and the handle bars hurt my groin and left leg I have black and blue marks and hope within 2 weeks the pain will have stopped and I can resume training.
