Nice. Your squat is steadily increasing back to where it was.

Best ever squat (lifetime) was 555 way the hell back in 1994. Best squat since I started training again 3 years ago (after 7 years off) is 505.

Last summer on my cut I lost 25 lbs of bodyweight and dropped about 75 lbs on my max squat.

Might just be a fat bastard this summer and try to get to 545...

Depth was fine. I've said it before but I love that pause before you push up. It's like "ya muther****er, I got you". Nice work flex.

That is waaaaaay below parallel. I compete in RPS and the judges are brutal, but hip joint past the knee gets three whites. You're well below that. Great bar speed too. 510 in a couple weeks?
