Still 14lbs off my 470 pr but this was done after working up to 385 + 116lbs in chains (501lbs at top).
Form kind of sucked but I'll take it. 176lbs bodyweight. Also worthy of noting are the three 5ks I ran in the past 2 weeks.
Also did a 1.6 miler after today's lifting and accessories.
