Monday started a 6 week "BS" (basic strength 5x5) cycle and I set new 5 rep PR's all over the place!!!

DB flat bench (neutral grip) 25/5, 30/5, 35/5, 40/5!, 45/Fail, so I went back for a 2nd @ 40/5
