Gotta be careful of injuries.
I've been taking 2-3 minute rests between sets.

Used to go to retro fitness to workout. Now I travel each week. Couldn't find retro fitness gyms where I travel.
Joined planet fitness.
I'm 60. Got tennis elbow 4 months ago.
