Hi I am a 21 year old looking into future competition and I have been working out consistently and eating right for the last 4 years but have been lifting for 6, I'm on here to meet people with the same interest and ask and answer questions to learn as much as I can about lifting dieting etc, I'm looking forward to talking and learning on here!

Welcome to TID. Please make yourself at home.

21 is considered young for a first cycle but many on here started young.
Thank you! I understand and will definitely think about waiting a year or 2 for sure!

one option is to stay natural and put together a solid bulking diet of 500 cals surplus per day and see how you do over 16-20 weeks. You might be surprised at what progress you can make with a tight dialed in diet.

another option is a test only cycle for 16 weeks at 300-500mg per week. People don’t do PCT often these days. They just keep the diet locked in and the training intensity high. You’ll still have super physiological levels of test for 4 weeks after so keep working hard in that 16-20 week time frame

Thank you for the advice!
I actually have been in a deficit for a while to cut some and I am currently sitting around 17% bf according to the inbody however I have been in a roughly 700 cal def since November, part of the reason I'm thinking of hopping on is because I have Reactive hypoglycemia and I'm having a really hard time loosing weight but I don't want to deal with glp's, I have been in a low glycemic load diet for some time and am seeing some results with that because it keeps my blood sugar steady, however I'm finding it near impossible to loose this weight no matter how hard I try it seems

I don't want to mess with glps because I know tons of people who had bad reactions and I'm not 100 percent sure they would even help on account of me being in a deficit already, I'm looking into test because I hear it speeds your metabolism up some and am hoping that might fix the problem,

I know that I'm not supposed to ask and I am not asking but I also have had a really hard time finding sources for lots of these and that's definitely slowing me down as before I take the step to full blown gear I was thinking about trying MOTS-C for a while too
Thank you!
