I swear we had a thread for this already. I looked but lazied out after ten minutes of looking. We have forty two music threads, I want to know what everyone is reading. Books , magazines whatever.

I am reading Edward Abbey Black Sun.. a good summer fiction read.

You are probably not considering e-books? For me it is a time issue, sitting and reading takes time I don't have for the last few years. I listen to e-books while I read.

Mostly books related to the foundations of quantum mechanics, emergence theory, complexity theory (Stephen Wolfram), evolutionary biology, consciousness (Daniel Dennett, Anil Seth, Donald Hoffman, Sam Harris)

E books, porno books, gardening books, whatever strikes your fancy.

Have you ever read the Chaos Theory by James Gleick?

Never read it bro. But after checking it online it looks like something definitely worth reading!

I have become big on audiobooks over the past year. I drive a lot, so it feels like there's more time to take in books this way than trying to read physical books before bed or something.

Right now, I'm almost finished with this book Black Wave. It's about the proxy war between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

It's a little all over the place, having covered everything from cultural changes in Egypt and Lebanon to recent wars in Syria and Yemen. I've found it interesting overall, especially given recent events.
