Obv I was eating somehow clean on the left but on the right , I ate precontest food but a lots of it.. 1000 grams of carbs a day and 450 protein and 5750-6000 calories and believe it or not, first 6 weeks, i ate 9 meals a day then went down to 8 and been on 7... My coach made me get up at 5 am to eat then back to sleep then up and eat and get ready to work and go.. Now became a habit, if i dont wake up at 5 am to eat, something is wrong.
so i started at 260 then dropped me at low at 247 lbs then back up to 265... Its almost 1 lbs to 1 lbs and half a week give or take.
