Raiden!!! It did...does and yes I love it. Only satisfied with max debilitation. My burns have increased so that they are really crazy!!!

Machine Press...I'm really liking this machine

slowed it way down

150 x 12 hold at the top of each rep
170 x 12
180 x 12
190 x 12
200 x 12
180 x 12
160 x 12
140 x 12
120 x 12
100 x 12
80 x 20 the last sets burned so freaking bad i thought I would puke!!!

Machine Flyes

80 x 30

Again...terrific burn!!!
