RR wound up pulling out of this one... It was the week after nationals so I cut her a break. It's not even close now though..... Who else wants some of PoB????
I'm a powerlifter... They can. Just not BI. Trying to keep a level playing field, but really it was a joke. I'd love nothing more than a challenge like chasing down his PR.
Where are you POB I will give it a shot the worst thing that can happen is that I get stronger. I'm sure your way ahead but I can get there let me know. No front squats obviously you have me crushed.
