Everything moved pretty well today...went conservative on Bench, but have recently tweaked leg placement, and elbow tuck, and things seem to be moving along nicely...I did have to floss the arms in between Squats and Bench, but pain was kept under control...

Conservative is better than injured, hitting all 3 in one session is taxing enough. Pulls looking good as always!

Thanks 5...yea...I'm just trying to limit the impact the tendonitis has on my lifts, specifically bench...trying my best to keep up with 4ct curls, rolling, flossing, and icing daily...get lazy sometimes and skip a day, and regret it afterwards, especially with how beneficial it all has been...

Nice overhead presses dude. I suck so bad at them. Dig the music, atleast someone else here isn't gay. Front squats on point too.

I agree with Herm. Music is on point and I too suck really bad at OHP, it sucks having weak ass shoulders. Great work as always bro.
