more hot garbage today....hindered once again by bicep pain....flossed after the the way too hard 305 singles, still couldn't manage what was supposed to be 5 triples @ 275....I go through this at least once a month, still doesn't make it less frustrating...the pain makes it impossible to build power out of the hole....in the vid you can see how much harder it is for me to control the descent, and when reversing the movement I lose the ability to keep everything in line, mostly because of how much it hurts to keep the arms flexed, because of crazy sharp pain in my triceps and biceps...will chalk it up as a loss, while trying to avoid swinging my fists through any random walls.
