Honestly I was sad it was over and felt like I could have gone on. Chest and back are my favorites. I love legs but they kill me and Im glad when they are over.

Damn bro!! Killing that iron! I love volume, it makes me grow. Sounds like it's going well for you so far with the GVT. I love how you added the flat bench in at the end. I really like doing things like that at the end of my training. Really enjoying your log Bull, keep killing it!

Its an experience. Its really an euphoric drug. As you see at the begining of the log...I'm enhanced a little or Id prob be a rag doll. But i just want more!

Man I loved doing GVT. My wife had joined me too. Even she liked it. Great way to beat yourself up and get stronger.

that volume looks intense. GVT is intense as hell. 10x10 sounds easy until you are trying it :D
