This Board is outstanding! There is none like it. And in my opinion what makes it so are the Logs.

When I came here and was new I was invited by Woodwise to start a log. As a new person I thought logs were only done by special and important people, which I considered myself neither. His invitiation was powerful and made me feel welcome. It was also key in helping me get to know board members and integrating in to the board. From where I stand, inviting new members to consider a log and maybe even explaining what a log is would be great.

I also like the idea of a Bodybuilding sub-forum. I think that would be a real benefit.

I think it would be cool to have in the AAS section two sticky threads:

1. Supplements for strength

2. Supplements for size

In those threads list all supplements and peptides for the specific purpose and effective doses.

Basically like a how to guide.

Giveaways are ALWAYS cool. I really like what you've done with Facebook and updating new posts to the board in the group... If possible I would expound on that and maybe improve the activity in the group itself... The two things can be related all the while the fb group can stand on its own

Also... It's cool to see what other people are looking at.. And maybe this could be a feature available to vet vip and up but some boards I have contributed to had a spot on the bottom of the main vb page where you could click and see what articles are being read ... Sometimes this is a cool way to discover posts we might not have otherwise read or contributed to.

Its time for some sticky updates. I see stickies all from 2010 and 2011. While they are solid to be sure times and things change. Some new stickies offering updated info would be fantastic. Solid, knowledgeable sticky write ups that start as threads, get a lot of hits, and are linked elswhere would go a long way to help this forum in many ways. Search engine placement, traffic, and much more.
