Its defiently a new favorite.It is a sturdy hike with lots of uphill! I'm pretty sure my heart and lungs shot out my ears at about 1/2 mile of switchbacks. My legs are jello and I expect lifting tommorow is gonna be a joke.I only did about 3 miles today. It started pouring when i got to the top!

Nice axle DL a few weeks back. Serious, stick with it and slowly over time you will make gains. Or start your regular DL DO then switch to mixed.

You're killing it, keep that in perspective. Looking forward to competing with you again this year. Missed you.
