Well, I was running a log at a private board im on, but there is less input there than I'd like, so I think im going to move it here.
I've been around a while, most guys here know me. Im a vet or VIP or the equivalent on the boards I frequent, I try to help People out with my knowledge, yada yada yada..
I am a powerbuilder. I love the, sport of bodybuilding and powerlifting, so I just train for both intermittently and a lot of the time mixed in.
Current stats:
5ft 10"
242 lbs as of last night
Bf is around 15ish right now, calipers read much less, but I know better.
Big lifts are
Bench- I'd say 385 right now. I was at 395, 400 if I would've had a good day, before I cut down from 255 to 231. Working on building that to 415 or higher.
Squats-500 or real damn close. Only been training these heavy for about 6 months because of horrible knees and a bad back injury almost 2 years ago which still plagues me, but dammit im getting there.
Deadlift- ****. Maybe 420. My low back around tailbone and end of spine is weak and hurts, off the floor is hard for me, but im still trying many things to work around it, and I think I'll get there eventually. They were almost 500 within about 5 months,of training heavy on them before I hurt my back, now I can't break 420. BS.
Barbell rows-315 for sets of 6, so my back as a whole is strong, just have a single weak point which severely hurts deads.
I will Add in some workouts starting with last nights and continue. I started a new cycle and a new routine about 4 weeks ago and my goal is 260 lbs before I cut, and 415+ bench and a 550+ squat, and any progress on deads would be nice. Working a lot of accessories at the moment weekly and only going to be deads from the floor once a month.
Any one and everyone feel free to chime in at any time. If anyone has critiques, pointers, or anything.. Let me know. I am a very knowledgeable guy, on AAS, training, diet, etc., but im also knowledgeable enough to take advice when someone has it to share. Looking forward to conversing with all of you. I'll post up some workouts from the last week when I get home. I'll post a workout of each bodypart in my split to get it kicked off. Current split is basic-
Monday chest
Tuesday back
Wednesday delts and traps
Thursday legs
Friday bis tris
Once a month Saturday deads
I am doing a lot of varying rep schemes as you'll notice in my workouts. Adios for now.
