I'd recommend people listen to Dan Harlin's hardcore history lectures. Most of them are free to listen to Youtube. Listen to the podcasts on wars.

Then come back and tell me that wars can be won. It's always the same. In the long arc of history nobody wins. Wars repeat themselves. The whole thing goes on forever. The Afghanistan nation will last longer than the USA. The Afghans have a belief system. The USA is just a conglomeration of rouge multination corporations running the government using fake patriotism (right wing rednecks mostly) and duping them into fighting for the corporations. We're fighting for corporate profits. The Taliban is fighting for a belief system.

Even if we could "beat" the Taliban today, in years they'd be back angrier and more determined than ever. And they'd inspire others to help them.

Remember, when one side treats another side harshly in order to try and break them, the opposite happens. The Germans, badly beaten and demoralized and harshly punished by the Allies, cam back after WW1 with a vengeance. The reason the world got Hitler was because of how beaten the Germans were in WW1. Yeah, the Allies made a great show of beating and demoralizing the Germans in WW1. How'd that work out in the long run?

WW1 (what was called the war to end all wars <smirk>) saw the Germans punished so punitively that resentment among the German people grew and grew until it started boiling over. The French (because of the treaty ending the war) were sucking so much cash out of Germany that Germany couldn't function properly. This situation grew so bad that a little known man named Hitler came to power. We know how that story ends. But that story STARTED with a so called victory.

No matter what Trump had done in regards to Afghanistan, the media would have demonized it regardless.

The ultimate aim is to burn this country's Constitution to the ground, create strong division among the populace through racial strife, ruin the economy and cause the population to grow dependent on handouts.

Destroy the Christian bases of our society and come to the point where Christianity ( and especially white men) is viewed as oppressive and even terrorist.

Our ability to hold a fair and democratic election is gone forever, evidenced by the last farce election. The only right we had as Americans was the right to vote and now that no longer exists. Democrats want a socialist society, they want equality to the highest degree.
Well, everyone being poor and hungry fits the bill and that is what has happened in every social experiment in the past. If you look up socialism in the Webster dictionary, one definition says Socialism is the transition between capitalism and communism. Transition as far as the leading of a country from one to the other. I could add so many more things but the point is our grandchildren will not know the America we have had in the past.
My guess is Islam will replace Christianity in this country, the government will be ruled by a Marxist ideology and everything this country has fought and died for will never again exist.
We all will be slaves then and that will be an equal and socially just society.
That's all you hear on universities across this country is social justice. Well, Justice doesn't need an adjective justice is justice period.

Funny about the subject of germany being brought up in the first two world wars. If we look at what's going on in the world today it's like nazi germany's playbook is being used. George soros funds BLM, antifa, the democratic party through act blue, namely the fucked up DA's that are letting criminals run free in the big dem cities. I'm also guessing he's behind most of these crooked politicians that no way got voted in fairly.

When soros was young he worked for the nazi's collecting his own people's valuables before they were gassed and incinerated. I'm guessing you know this already though. He is the best known of the globalists that are pushing for this reset.

I don't subscribe to the great man theory of history. Hitler was a sign of the times. A man like Hitler cannot come to power unless the times are right for Hitler to come to power. If this is really the case.. Then EVERY SINGLE conservative in America is a total and complete coward. Because if conservatives really believe this then the constitution is clear, you need to revolt immediately.
