Was supposed to hit 15 x 2 on bench and some squats
Warmed to 275. Went hypo. My training partner who is a nurse is quite concerned as this has been happening more and more frequently with me. Ingesting sugar doesn't seem to solve it. She thinks it's either adrenaline or cortisol and my poor stress management. Suggests I see and endo.
Had to shut down the day. It leaves me with zero energy and strength. This fucking sucks.
