I'd work out there. In that area you're using, the space seems optimal for lifting - more so than some of the commercial gyms I've been to, heh. The equipment looks brand new, so you and its previous owners took decent care of it. Nice.

Nice gym.

You don't need a lot of space to build a kickass gym. In time I'd like to build my own. I'd put a mono, comp bench, and a platform. That'd be just about all I'd need.
I've already told the wife that when we pay off our house in 9-10 years, I'm taking out a loan to build a gym in my backyard. I'd be happy with a kick ass power cage, bench, platform, and some dumbbells.

Nice addition.

That bench new is 899.
Used in good condition 350, beat all to heck 250

I paid 100. At Play it again Sports
It had a 150. price on it and I asked them what the best they could do was. I jerked their arms off.
I have bought and traded a lot of stuff with them though.

I didn't even want a decline right now, but hey !

When you say warehouse, do you mean storage unit? That's what it looks like and the price seems to fit.

Good idea.

Yeah, Iron. It's a storage unit.
But Iron storage unit doesn't sound as good as Iron Warehouse...lol

The unit is only 15x30
And I have maxed it out, I have to quit buying equipment. But I can't turn a great deal down.
But if the unit beside me comes empty, then I could remove the sheet metal wall.
But that starts to get expensive for no heat and no bathroom.

I dream of owning my own personal trainer micro gym one day. With very little debt.
Maybe turning it into a gym I could make a buck with eventually.
I'm a lot closer than I was a couple of years ago.

Does the facility owner know what you're using it for? If so, any restrictions?

The owner is a super nice retired guy. He comes by and talks to me all the time while I train.
No restrictions whatsoever. The owner couldn't be more cool.
If I started training others for pay, I'd take out a 2 million general liability policy just to cover my ass.
That would cost me about 700. a year.

As it stands now, I train mostly by myself except for bench.
This way I can say, I get along with everyone in the gym....lol
