I'd work out there. In that area you're using, the space seems optimal for lifting - more so than some of the commercial gyms I've been to, heh. The equipment looks brand new, so you and its previous owners took decent care of it. Nice.
I've already told the wife that when we pay off our house in 9-10 years, I'm taking out a loan to build a gym in my backyard. I'd be happy with a kick ass power cage, bench, platform, and some dumbbells.Nice gym.
You don't need a lot of space to build a kickass gym. In time I'd like to build my own. I'd put a mono, comp bench, and a platform. That'd be just about all I'd need.
