Nice gym.

You don't need a lot of space to build a kickass gym. In time I'd like to build my own. I'd put a mono, comp bench, and a platform. That'd be just about all I'd need.

well done man, that looks great. I like the fact that you seem to be anal about keeping it clean and all the shit where it's supposed to be....probably why you have the only key lol.

Bought a Hammer Strength decline bench and rearranged everything to make it fit.

What about ac?

No A/C. Space heater heat.
The place is pretty well insulated on one side and the roof.
Last summer I ran a fan and it was bearable in the mornings and after 6pm.
You could work out midday, you would just sweat buckets.
Think of it like Venice Beach, just without the fruits, flakes and nuts.

I'm jealous that's a great set up.Just was telling the wife last night how much I hate all the idiots at the gym.
