Hey guys 1st time on a bb forum. Name is Steve I'm 19 and trying to slap on about 10pounds 15 tops. I'm at 165 right now and could use some knowledge on different exercises, the different things people try and cool stuff like that. Would really appreciate all the schooling someone could help out with.

Valdez is my good buddy. He is new to lifting but has a ton of potential. The dude is lean as hell and can crank out an 11:30 two-mile run and barely break a sweat. I'll help him get some pics up as this is all brand new to him

Welcome to TID.

Some info, you need to eat around 5000 cals a day, and work out hard and give it time. It will never happen over night.
