Another solid workout.. been off for a couple days, so I was ready to kill it. Everything was spot on, and I'm loving the super sets of chins between every pulling movement.

Oh, and then I killed an Arby's meat mountain sandwich. 108g protein.. just taking advantage of my 30 minute anabolic window lol.

Lol. I never used to be able to do em. I just started doing them everyday, and trying to do more each session. Didn't matter if I did 10 sets, 5, 13.. just tried to do more total reps by the end of the training session. Before I knew it, I was banging chins out left and right.

Squat Day
Squat TM: 535
Deadlift TM: 540

Squat
5x350 (65%)
5x400 (75%)
10x455 (85%)

Deadlift
5x10x270 (50%)

Called it quits there. After the added reps on my top set of squats, I was spent. I managed to convince myself to finish my pulls though, which was a bitch considering I hate volume deads on account of the back pumps all but crippling me every time I do them. Got it done nevertheless. I typically alternate between conventional and sumo pulls throughout my warmups.. went ahead and did the same today on my rep work. I also use a double overhand grip for as much add I'm able.

Huuuge day! Great job working thru the pulls. 455 x 10 amazes me. Do you max with sumo or conventienal?

That is a lot of volume on deads. And I admire your willingness to go to 10 reps. Five sets is pretty badass. When you're walking funny due to the back pump, just remind yourself that you're a badass for doing 5 sets of 10 reps as assistance work.

455 for 10 was a grinder for sure. My legs are trashed today lol. I pull conventional. Squat wide. I've considered doing a few waves with sumo pulls, and shoulder width squats..
