My next cycle...how long can I run tren e?

Hey guys in about 6 weeks I will be starting my next cycle:

Week 1-16(maybe 20)
EQ 750mg
Test E 250mg
Var 100mg starting at week 10

Week 1-10(should I keep running it untill the end of my cycle?)
Tren E 450mg (first tren cycle)

Should I run the tren longer or would 10 weeks be sufficient given its potency? If I stop the Tren at week 10 should I up the Test E to 500mg for the remainder of the cycle?

Aromasin and Prami on hand
Hcg clomid and nolva for pct

Any Info is appreciated

I would run the tren longer than 10 wks....its not gonna get to full strength til around wkm4...run it until 2-3 wks before you stop the test...run test longer than tren gives time for the tren metabolites to clear some before ending the cycle..this will help with your recovery..and you might consider running tren ace your 1st time...it will clear your system a lot quicker if the sides become unbearable

I would recommend atleast 16-18wk with the long ester...

I wouldn't recomend tren e ..... I made that mistake my 1 st tren run use tren a more controllable quicker ester....less sides

I know you are not going to run 100mg var daily for the entire 16 weeks, that's a mistake right? Personally I like to save an oral til the end of my cycle (in this case weeks 17-19) to help push me while the levels of other drugs are coming down. Var is out of your system quick and you can run all the way up until a few days before start of PCT.

Just throwing this out there... I have always had a theory that a good cutting cycle does not need to be more than 8-10 weeks and should always include short esters. If you are truly trying to cut or even recomp, I would rethink this cycle a bit.

You don't need that much tren your first time ... If you can't handle the Ed or eod pinning I would recommend 300mg tren E a week... Sides will be more manageable and you will get gains and get a good feel for it... I ran tren at 250 and 350 before ever running it at 400+....it's a strong compound ... Don't under estimate its power !

I would do 8 weeks of var ... Second half of your cycle too

GS in his defense and others, sometimes a good recomp can take 16-20 weeks depending on your insulin sensitivity, level of previous metabolic damage and body time (meso's I'm looking at you)
Better to cut slow and steady than train at too high of a cal deficit and kill energy levels, and potentially risk injury. I have done a couple 16-22 week cutters with moderate test and tren and my lifts always go up, it just feels better to do it slowly for me I guess

NO Tren E the first go. If the sides are too bad you are stuck with them for 2-3 weeks.

IMO you will have sides from the Tren you just do not know how sever they will be.

Sorry my bad the Var will be run for the last 6weeks, I might run the Tren a little lower and see how things go.

I ran tren e for 20 weeks my first round. Started at 250 for a couple weeks then bumped it to 400.

Only sides was my disk stopped working

My first tren run was 400mg for 16 weeks, do not under estimate the huge strength increases from it....make sure you're lifting smart to avoid injury, you're more than likely to get sides with tren, most do....either suck it up and deal with the sides or look at a different compound. Last cycle I put 600mg in for 20 weeks, sides were terrible in every way but the benefits for me outweigh the sides.
