thanks. im 5'10'' last weigh in i was 184 lbs prolly around 14% body fat (maybe even being generous) im cutting now. my goals right now are 3 plate lifts on bench and squat. broke the 3 plate deadlift 2 weeks ago which was pretty cool. squat is plateauing hardcore, bench is slowly going up.
but those are my goals as of now.
and basically i just got hooked on the lifestyle of training.
