I dont follow a specific program. Ran cube liked some of it. Hated some of it. I generally go heavy one week then the next shoot for more reps. switch back and forth
I feel 100x more pumped and crazy for one of his big lifts than he does. I know I'm not, and he just internalizes it all, but I can't do that. I have to let that shit out, lol.

Everything tonight felt pretty good. Bench was fast the second rep on the third and fourth sets was a little slower but not a grind or anything like that.
