Did some Tricep Pressdowns and bicep cable to loosen things up. Had to kick out. Uncle had quadruple bypass so I had to do my thing and stop by ICU to visit. Lats are sore. I won't lie. I wanted to do Kroc rows and/or Meadows rows but my grip was fried.

I can't remember but I did skip something. Hips got real tight. So I did as much of I could. I think getting used to some of the volume at higher percentages will take a little to get used to but I'm going to stick with it.

I'm finding out not training consistently is taking a bit more than I thought to get back, but I'm really trying to stay with percentages and stick with the program. No adductor pain and just sore hips but my buddy says that's normal. I'm using John Meadows intraworkout drink is the shit. Love it. My friend Bull turned me onto it. This guy has helped me in so many ways. He has motivated and getting back into a decent diet. If I keep it together, I think I can put up some decent numbers. Thanks for all the support guys. You guys are what keep me moving forward.
